How old are they?

@Jesse - Caro Quintero is 61, Fonseca Carrillo is 71, and Félix Gallardo is 67.

So much for helping them out with the Merida initiative!! Mexico has no hope with corrupt officials everywhere. US pretty much is giving away tax payer money abroad for nothing.

One little nit pick. The CDG was not part of the Guadalajara Cartel. They were a separate org with a long history.

@Scott - Thanks! I had a hard time finding out of the two organizations were linked, and I had seen some reports that Félix Gallardo "allowed" Juan Ábrego to continue on as head of the CDG untouched. After some more digging, it seems like the two cartels evolved parallel to each other.

Stop me if you've heard this one before: misinvoicing. By the way, I'm an instant fan.
But I thought that it was key to understanding trafficking. You don't have this. You have violence issues. Somebody loved me. Just a false alarm. So tell me if it is a drug war, or the last one, or the choices. I know how it goes on. Waaah, lotsa cryin'.
